I usually reply within two days. If you are reporting a bug, it helps a lot to know: phone model, iOS or Android version, app version (at the bottom of Settings), and what you were doing.
Frequently asked
I connected every pair but I still haven't won.
Connecting every pair is not enough: every cell of the grid has to be covered by a wire. If empty cells are left, the level is not solved. This is where Flow Puzzle behaves differently from similar games.
How do I delete a wire? I can't find undo.
There is no undo button: you double-tap any cell of the wire you want gone. In timed modes, deleting costs a few seconds.
I lost my progress.
Turn on Settings → Sync progress: levels, stars and records follow you to your other devices on the same account — iCloud on iPhone and iPad, Play Games on Android. Without it, progress lives only on that phone and is lost when the app is deleted.
Can I play without the timer?
Yes. Zen mode has no clock and cannot be lost. The opening levels of Classic on Easy have no clock either.
Can it be played without seeing the screen?
Yes — the board is fully playable with VoiceOver and with TalkBack. Every coloured endpoint is a button: activating it starts the wire, and the four directional actions walk it a cell at a time to its partner. Settings → Accessibility also has audio cues for every move and a high-contrast mode.
Level X is impossible.
Every published level has at least one complete solution, checked automatically before it ships. If you find one that looks impossible, send me the level number and the mode: if I got it wrong I want to know.
